API Reference & Integration Guide
Argon Digital exposes a stable, high-performance gateway fully compatible with standard OpenAI and Anthropic request specifications. Integration requires only updating the base URL and supplying your workspace API key.
Overview
All endpoints are served over TLS 1.3 at a single unified hostname: api.argonnetwork.biz.id. Incoming requests are authenticated with a bearer token, evaluated against declarative workspace policies, and routed to the optimal upstream foundation model.
Quick start
Set your key as an environment variable, then issue a completion. The examples below utilize the OpenAI Python SDK; no proprietary library is required.
# curl
curl https://api.argonnetwork.biz.id/v1/chat/completions \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $ARGON_API_KEY" \
-d '{
"model": "claude-sonnet-4-6",
"messages": [
{ "role": "user", "content": "Explain enterprise API proxy architectures in one sentence." }
],
"temperature": 0.7
}'
# python
import os
from openai import OpenAI
client = OpenAI(
base_url="https://api.argonnetwork.biz.id/v1",
api_key=os.environ["ARGON_API_KEY"],
)
completion = client.chat.completions.create(
model="claude-sonnet-4-6",
messages=[{"role": "user", "content": "Initialize session."}],
)
print(completion.choices[0].message.content)
Authentication
Every request must include an authorized workspace API key in the Authorization HTTP header. Production keys are prefixed with arg_live_ or arg_eval_ and should be secured in a secret manager.
Authorization: Bearer arg_live_your_api_key_here
Keys are scoped per workspace and environment. Revoked or rotated keys cease functioning immediately across all edge routing nodes.
Base URL
https://api.argonnetwork.biz.id/v1
Configure https://api.argonnetwork.biz.id/v1 in your client SDKs. Anthropic-formatted callers connect directly to https://api.argonnetwork.biz.id/v1/messages using bearer token authentication.
Endpoints
Unified enterprise endpoints sharing standardized authentication and audit telemetry:
/v1/chat/completionsOpenAI-compatible chat and SSE streaming/v1/messagesAnthropic Messages format/v1/images/generationsImage generation/v1/modelsEntitled model catalog/v1/meWorkspace identity and entitlement telemetryChat completions
/v1/chat/completionsJSON or SSEAccepts standard Chat Completions payloads. Specify an explicit catalog model or auto for policy routing.
Response Headers
Response headers include x-argon-request-id, x-argon-model, x-argon-region, and x-argon-policy. Reference the request ID for trace auditability.
Messages
/v1/messagesAnthropic formatNative Anthropic Messages endpoint designed for clients utilizing Anthropic client libraries or system-prompt semantics.
from anthropic import Anthropic
client = Anthropic(
base_url="https://api.argonnetwork.biz.id/v1",
api_key=os.environ["ARGON_API_KEY"],
)
message = client.messages.create(
model="claude-sonnet-4-6",
max_tokens=1024,
system="You are an enterprise technical consultant.",
messages=[{"role": "user", "content": "Analyze this infrastructure brief."}],
)
Client Compatibility
Argon Digital eliminates proprietary SDK lock-in. Connect via standard OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or HTTP clients:
| Client Framework | Supported Capabilities | Configuration |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI Python / Node | Chat completions, models, images | Set base_url to https://api.argonnetwork.biz.id/v1 |
| Anthropic Python / TypeScript | Messages & system prompts | Set base_url to https://api.argonnetwork.biz.id/v1 |
| LangChain / LlamaIndex | Agents, completions, embeddings | Configure OpenAI-compatible connector |
| Native HTTP / cURL | All REST endpoints | Standard Bearer authentication |
IDE Integration
Configure custom OpenAI-compatible provider settings in your IDE or enterprise coding assistant:
