Data Processing Agreement
Terms under which customer content is securely processed on behalf of the organization.
1. Roles and scope
Customer is the data controller and Argon Digital is the data processor for customer content routed through the platform. Processing is confined solely to returning the requested model inference response.
2. Technical and organizational measures
Argon Digital maintains SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified controls, including TLS 1.3 in transit, HSM key management, and zero customer prompt training.
3. Sub-processors
Upstream model providers act under strict data-protection agreements. Data processing is pinned to the geographic jurisdiction declared in the workspace policy.
4. Breach notification
Argon Digital notifies the customer without undue delay upon becoming aware of any confirmed personal data breach affecting customer traffic.
