Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between Argon Digital Ltd. and the corporate legal entity identified in the evaluation request. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Evaluation access is provided for business verification and internal testing.

2. Evaluation access

The enterprise evaluation is available for thirty (30) days from activation, subject to Fair Use Policy and available throughput capacity. Argon Digital may throttle abusive or degrading traffic to safeguard tenant stability.

3. Acceptable use

Customer will comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable trade compliance and export-control laws. Customer retains responsibility for all inputs, prompts, and application outputs.

4. Outputs and intellectual property

As between the parties, you retain all rights in your prompts and generated outputs. Argon Digital retains all rights in the routing control plane and gateway infrastructure.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate evaluation access upon notice. Sections concerning confidentiality, limitation of liability, and data protection survive termination.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, each party's aggregate liability arising out of evaluation access is limited to one hundred United States dollars ($100).
